Prošlo je vreme praznika i krajnje je vreme da se počne sa dijetom, jer leto samo što nije došlo.

Potrebni sastojci:

– 1 dl nemasnog grčkog jogurta
– 1 kašika mlevenih badema
– pola šoljice zamrznutih borovnica
– pola šoljice zamrznutog ananasa
– 1 šoljica kelja
– 3/4 šoljice vode

Sastojke izmešajte u blenderu.
